We have a fantastic opportunity for a Band 6 Dietitian specialising in Paediatrics to join our team in Lancaster, earning £26 per hour on an ongoing contract with full-time availability. What you will do:
- Provide expert nutritional advice and support to paediatric patients and their families, tailored to each child’s health needs.
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients with a variety of conditions including gastroenterology, food allergies, and eating disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient health and wellbeing.
- Monitor and review the nutritional plans alongside the progress of patients to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Support and educate patients, families, and carers with empathy and clear communication.
Requirements of the Dietitian:
- A degree or equivalent in dietetics is essential.
- Recent UK experience working as a Dietitian within paediatrics.
- Registration with the HCPC to work in the UK is mandatory.
