What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their needs and set achievable goals tailored to each individual.

• Engage in home visits, providing occupational therapy in a community setting to enhance everyday living.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with HCPC regulations.

In this role, a car driver is essential to accommodate the community-based nature of the job, and being HCPC registered is a must to uphold professional standards.
