What you will do:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive programmes of care for patients, ensuring high standards in emergency medical treatment.
• Deliver care in alignment with the current ward philosophy, adhering to established policies and guidelines within the States of Guernsey’s policy folders.
• Serve as a clinical supervisor and preceptor, helping to nurture the skills of first and second-level nurses, as well as nursing auxiliaries, fostering a learning environment.
• Play a key role in assisting new staff with their orientation and induction, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the team.
