Key Responsibilities

• Undertake family assessments to identify needs and inform care planning.

• Manage a caseload of children subject to Children in Need and Child Protection Plans.

• Initiate and manage court proceedings when required, always advocating for the best interests of the child.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and deliver effective support plans.

• Provide direct support and guidance to children and their families, building strong and positive relationships.
