Social Worker - Adults’ Mental Health Team, Warrington, £30 Hourly for a 3-month locum contract: Warrington Adult Social Care is seeking an adventurous Social Worker to join our dynamic Mental Health Team. What you will do:

• Conduct personalised assessments, support planning, and reviews in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act
• Collaborate with team members including Senior Practitioners, Experienced Social Workers, and Community Care Workers to deliver holistic outcomes
• Manage a varied caseload with complexities such as Physical Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Learning Disabilities, and more
• Engage in Court of Protection matters, S42 Adult Safeguarding Enquiries, and Best Interest Decisions
• Advocate for clients and contribute positively to the team’s ethos and outcomes
