Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus (Up to 30%) + Travel Allowance

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical design and delivery of systems using C#, Java, or Go

• Guide the modernisation of legacy platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability

• Drive greenfield development of AI-focused products and platforms

• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams

• Mentor developers and promote best practices in engineering and DevOps

• Influence the technology roadmap and architectural direction

About You

• Strong experience leading technical teams or projects

• Expertise in C#, Java, or Go in large-scale systems

• Experience with legacy modernisation and cloud-native architecture

• Excited by the potential of AI and machine learning

• A natural problem solver and mentor with strong communication skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable
