What you will do:

- Maintain a current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrate recent managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Bring significant frontline experience in Children’s Services, showcasing your capacity to lead effectively.
