We are seeking a skilled Advanced Social Worker to join our Assessment Team based in the vibrant area of Surrey, UK, offering a competitive salary of £50,619 annually. What you will do:

- Manage a varied caseload of children, carers, and families, providing support and conducting risk assessments to ensure safety and well-being.
- Lead interventions that promote independence and ensure the protection of vulnerable children, employing a range of strategies.
- Undertake complex child protection investigations and work collaboratively with partner agencies to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Champion the development of practice by mentoring less experienced colleagues and providing reflective supervision.
- Maintain clear and accurate case records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Participate in multi-agency meetings, contributing to the continued improvement of service delivery.
