What you will do:

• Provide supervision and support to foster carers, ensuring they meet necessary standards and feel confident in their roles.
• Conduct annual reviews of foster carers, assessing their performance and development needs to maintain high-quality care.
• Manage a dynamic caseload of foster carers, ensuring regular contact and communication.
• Participate in team meetings, including Thursdays and designated office duty days, to ensure cohesive team functioning and support.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records in line with departmental guidelines.
