Registered Manager in Martinstown, Dorset

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Registered Manager to work full time for Park House Care UK, based in Martinstown, Dorchester

The salary for this Registered Manager job is up to £45,000 per annum.

Main duties:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the home in line with CQC regulations and standards.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.

• Develop, review, and oversee individualised care plans.

• Support and supervise staff, encouraging ongoing training and professional growth.

• Manage occupancy levels and oversee budget performance.

• Liaise effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.

• Ensure robust medication management and health & safety protocols.

• Handle recruitment, inductions, appraisals, and team development.

• Foster a positive culture within the home, promoting dignity, respect, and choice.

Park House Care UK Offers:

Requirements of this Registered Manager:

• Previous experience in a management role within a residential or nursing care setting

• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and proven track record in complianceSolid knowledge of dementia and elderly care

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of care
