Social Worker - Duty & Assessment Team in Oldham, earning £35 hourly, for a 3-month locum position. What you will do:

• Conduct initial assessments for incoming cases, ensuring professional and comprehensive evaluations.
• Attend strategy meetings and carry out S47 investigations with a proactive approach.
• Develop and execute CIN plans while conducting CIN reviews to support families effectively.
• Manage the progression of cases to ICPCC, PLO, and court, offering invaluable insights from PLO and court experiences.
• Establish and execute clear and effective communication strategies with clients and colleagues.
