What You Will Do

• Manage a caseload of children and young people at risk of offending.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments and produce reports including Court and Panel reports.

• Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans to reduce future offending behaviour.

• Participate in a duty rota, including court attendance and providing court advice.

• Work directly with children subject to out-of-court disposals and statutory court orders.

• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to provide holistic, coordinated support.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with registration.

• Previous experience within a youth justice or youth offending setting.

• Strong skills in managing cases involving court and out-of-court disposals.
