What you will do:

Work as a Band 6 Occupational/Physiotherapist in community settings with a focus on rehabilitation and reablement.

Develop treatment plans and manage discharges from Intermediate Care Beds.

Supervise junior staff to support their professional development.

Provide essential manual handling and equipment provision services.

Utilise your deep knowledge of conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, MSK, COPD, and falls to offer high-quality patient care.

Travel in your vehicle to deliver community-based support, including transporting necessary equipment.
To excel in this role, you must be HCPC registered and possess valid qualifications as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist. A valid driver's licence is essential since you will be required to travel extensively while carrying rehabilitation equipment.
