What you will do:

• Work as a Band 6 Occupational/Physiotherapist in community settings with a focus on rehabilitation and reablement.

• Develop treatment plans and manage discharges from Intermediate Care Beds.

• Supervise junior staff to support their professional development.

• Provide essential manual handling and equipment provision services.

• Utilise your deep knowledge of conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, MSK, COPD, and falls to offer high-quality patient care.

• Travel in your vehicle to deliver community-based support, including transporting necessary equipment.

To excel in this role, you must be HCPC registered and possess valid qualifications as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist. A valid driver's licence is essential since you will be required to travel extensively while carrying rehabilitation equipment.
