We're looking for a Social Worker with experience in duty and assessment, for a full-time role that embraces flexible working arrangements.
Perks and benefits:
This locum role is not only a chance to expand your experience but also offers you the freedom and flexibility to manage your working life in a way that suits you. Embrace the hybrid working model, which allows for working from home while ensuring all tasks are completed. Aside from the fulfilling nature of the work itself, you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration. Also, you will enjoy the benefit of being in the office only one day a week during your non-duty weeks, giving you more time to balance your professional and personal life. - Stepping up or progressing cases to Initial Child Protection Case Conferences (ICPCC), Public Law Outline (PLO), and court processes. While PLO/court experience is desirable, it is not necessary as we provide opportunities for learning and development.
- Operate on a 4-5-week duty cycle, with flexibility offered to ensure work-life balance.
Flexibility:
Embrace the flexibility of hybrid working, which supports working from home while allowing you to be in the office at least one day a week on non-duty weeks. During duty weeks, office presence is daily to maintain collaborative efforts with your team.
