Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the full talent acquisition lifecycle across Saudi Arabia and the wider region
• Develop and implement strategic workforce planning aligned with business goals and growth plans
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
• Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top-tier hospitality talent
• Leverage data and market insights to optimise recruitment processes and outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition leadership role within luxury hospitality, ideally in the Middle East region
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive levels
• Experience managing recruitment for large-scale hotel openings or developments
• Deep understanding of the local talent market and cultural nuances
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
