We are seeking an experienced Locum Social Worker to join the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) within the Children's Integrated Front Door (IFD) in Barnsley. What You Will Do:

• Work within the MASH/Screening Team to make timely, well-informed decisions.

• Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop effective safety plans.

• Analyse information from multiple sources to inform service plans and actions.

• Apply a thorough understanding of thresholds to ensure the right support reaches children quickly.

• Use the Signs of Safety framework and Mosaic software to enhance workflow and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in MASH or IFD settings.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
