What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop safeguarding plans for adults at risk

• Manage a complex caseload, ensuring timely and effective intervention

• Collaborate with professionals from various sectors to deliver person-centred support

• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences

• Provide advisee and guidance on best practice in safeguarding issues

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for review

• Regularly review cases to ensure service users' needs are met and safeguarding measures are effective
