What you will do:
- Manage a caseload of foster carers, ensuring each receives the support and supervision they need within the set timescales.
- Complete supervisory visits and conduct comprehensive annual reviews, alongside handling all associated paperwork.
- Participate in statutory children's meetings, representing the fostering service confidently and effectively.
- Organise and manoeuvre your own diary and workload efficiently, maintaining a high level of organisation and responsibility.
- Employ skills ideally in using Liquid Logic, simplifying and streamlining case management and documentation.
