What you will do:
- Oversee the Single Point of Access Team to ensure high-quality social work services are delivered to children and their families, fostering improved outcomes.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people, considering their race, culture, religion, and linguistic background.
- Manage a caseload of children and young people in compliance with casework objectives and departmental policies.
- Participate in court processes by preparing clear written reports and providing evidence as required.
- Work with families and communities to formulate collaborative care plans, enabling individuals to express their needs and contribute to planning.
- Provide supervision and support to your team, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Champion diversity and inclusivity in all service delivery and management practices.
- Engage with stakeholders and community partners effectively to enhance service provision and outcomes.
