What You Will Do:

Conduct detailed clinical assessments and deliver tailored interventions to meet the needs of children and young people.

Apply paediatric expertise in child development, neuro-development, and functional occupations.

Independently manage and prioritise your caseload with a problem-solving and innovative approach.

Design, implement, and review treatment plans in line with service standards.

Produce clear, concise reports for use across multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.

Deliver both standardised and non-standardised therapeutic interventions.

Support children with developmental and physical challenges to improve their occupational performance.

Contribute to clinical audits, service evaluations, and research projects.

Provide empathetic, clear communication to children, families, and caregivers.

Develop programmes to educate and empower school staff and parents.

Mentor students and junior colleagues, fostering professional growth within the team.
Candidate Requirements:

HCPC registration.

Previous paediatric occupational therapy experience.
-
Car driver preferred.
