What you will do:
- Take charge in the absence of the Service Manager by overseeing and managing the residential service.
- Inspire and develop the team through regular staff supervisions, effective training management, and motivating through role modeling.
- Efficiently plan rotas to ensure seamless operational function.
- Conduct weekly and monthly audits assessing finance and medication processes.
- Coordinate medication ordering and ensure safe storage and disposal practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest policies and procedures to inform decision-making and foster a solutions-led culture.
- Provide hands-on support to residents performing daily life activities such as personal care, household tasks, and engaging in community activities like cooking or outings.
