The Role:

We’re currently working with a fantastic bar-led venue in London that's on the hunt for a Floor Manager to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid bar experience, a passion for cocktails and entertainment, and a background in high-volume venues. The role involves late nights and busy shifts, so we're looking for someone who thrives in that fast-paced, high-energy environment. The group is growing fast, with multiple new openings every year, so there's real scope for development and long-term progression.

• Strong bar experience and confidence running busy floor shifts
• A genuine passion for cocktails, entertainment, and hospitality
• A sharp eye for detail and high standards of service
• Experience in high-volume venues is highly desirable
• Someone who’s a team player, with ambition to grow with the business
