What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to adults with neurological conditions in the community setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualised treatment plans to improve patients’ physical function and quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care
- Support patients and their families by educating them about treatment plans and expected outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate records of patient interventions and progress
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and case conferences to enhance patient care

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
You must have a recognised degree or equivalent in physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC to practice in the UK. UK-based experience in specialised physiotherapy is essential, and while NHS experience would be beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. A comprehensive understanding of community neuro and excellent communication skills will contribute to your success in this role.
