As a key part of the team, you’ll support new referrals that require thorough assessment or safeguarding responses, operating in a well-structured and supportive team environment.

What You Will Do:

• Carry out timely assessments and child protection enquiries in response to incoming referrals.

• Engage directly with children, families, and partner agencies to determine appropriate interventions and support.

• Participate in the rotational duty system, where your Pod leads on incoming work every four weeks.

• Prepare accurate and insightful reports to support planning, safeguarding, and legal processes.

• Work closely with Practice Managers to maintain high standards during peak periods.

• Attend team meetings regularly, contributing proactively to decision-making and service improvements.
