What you will do:

- Lead the development of high standards of Occupational Therapy services for older adults with disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide advanced rehabilitative services to clients with complex needs.
- Support and co-ordinate the delivery of Occupational Therapy services, whilst contributing to service development initiatives.
- Act as a lead clinician, educating staff and fostering a collaborative environment within the multi-disciplinary team.
- Empower service users and work across a variety of settings to improve their independence and quality of life.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and completed in line with legal and departmental standards.
- Provide specialist advice and training to staff and continuously contribute to professional development.
- Promote and lead service delivery improvements while maintaining high standards of practice.
