What you will do:

• Promote transformational change in individuals’ lives through comprehensive social work practices and tools, empowering them towards independence while managing risks of abuse and neglect.
• Make and implement informed professional judgments within applicable legal and policy contexts.
• Collaborate with individuals to assess their care and support needs, devising and implementing strategic care plans, and proactively revisiting these plans to reassess needs.
• Conduct thorough adult safeguarding enquiries, support others involved, and assist those with care and support needs in formulating and executing relevant safeguarding plans aligned with their desires and situations.
