What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive Child and Families Assessments
- Manage casework from referral through to CIN, CP, LAC, and care proceedings
- Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of children are prioritised
- Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and attend necessary court proceedings
- Provide expert advice and guidance to families and stakeholders
- Utilize reflective supervision to evaluate and improve casework
