What you will do:
- Undertake assessment of clients’ prescribing needs and contribute to recovery care planning
- Provide independent prescribing for SMU clients in line with their recovery plan
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of prescribed treatments
- Offer guidance and support to enhance client recovery processes
Requirements:
Candidates must hold a valid GMC and have experience in an SMU service. The role does not require a car driver.
