What you will do:

- Deliver a specialist Occupational Therapy service aiming to enhance independence through a range of equipment and assistive technologies.
- Implement manual handling techniques and provide training to reduce the need for carer input.
- Support the early review of post-hospital discharge care packages to promote patient autonomy and ensure the prudent use of care funding.
- Work closely with a team to evaluate patients' needs and devise personalised care plans that maximise their independence and quality of life.
- Travel within Worcestershire as a car driver to visit clients and assess their environments, adding a personal touch to your professional expertise.

Key requirements:

- The role requires HCPC registration to ensure you are fully qualified to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- You must have a valid driver's licence as travel to client homes is necessary to deliver an effective service.
