Fostering Recruitment & Assessment Social Worker - Hereford UK - £24.37 to £30.57 per hour

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and support foster carers through training and supervision.
- Work collaboratively with a team of social workers to promote the wellbeing of children in foster care.
- Mediate and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure foster carers are fully supported.
- Uphold the Fostering National Minimum Standards by contributing to a culture of excellence and safeguarding.
Essential Requirements:
You must be a fully qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in statutory social care.
