Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning in your subject specialism or across different subjects

Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to support progress and engagement

Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource development

Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment

Gain real-world experience in school operations and effective teaching practice
Who We’re Looking For:

Graduates (or expected graduates) from 2025 with a 2:1 or above

Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

Passionate about education and improving outcomes for young people

Strong interest in at least one of the subjects listed above

Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
