What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of individuals and families within the community.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to implement safeguarding measures.
• Support vulnerable children and adults by developing and managing care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and guidance to individuals and their families.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Social Work England standards.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• A degree or equivalent in social work.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Significant frontline experience working within Social Services in the UK as a qualified social worker.
