What You Will Do:

• Deliver person-centred care to individuals experiencing complex psychosis-related conditions

• Independently manage a caseload of approximately 22 service users

• Complete mental health assessments, risk assessments, and care plans

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers

• Provide support, education, and advocacy for service users and their families

• Ensure effective documentation and compliance with best practice and relevant legislation
