Our team is expanding across various locations: South Ipswich, West Ipswich, South Suffolk, Central Suffolk, and DCYP West. What you will do:
- Conduct s17 and s47 assessments, ensuring the protection and well-being of children within the community.
- Manage Children in Need plans effectively, collaborating with families and relevant agencies.
- Oversee Child Protection Plans, maintaining thorough records and delivering comprehensive reports.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support for children.
- Engage with families and children, offering guidance and support to promote safety and development.
- Participate in meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated and effective intervention strategies.
