We are searching for an enthusiastic Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Early Intervention Psychosis Service team. This role offers flexible full-time hours of 37.5 per week with core hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive care co-ordination for patients within the Early Intervention Psychosis Service.
- Conduct risk assessments and effectively manage identified risks.
- Utilise existing knowledge of psychosis to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
- Travel as required, utilising your own transport to visit clients and support them in the community.
- Engage actively with service users, offering guidance and assurance.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Current NMC Registration.
- Own transport for travel as required within the role.
