What You Will Do

• Provide supervision and leadership within the Youth Justice Service.

• Oversee court work, group work programmes, and complex case management.

• Ensure the voices of children and young people are at the heart of all decision-making.

• Support multi-agency working with key partners such as health, education, and community services.

• Promote key initiatives including Restorative Justice, tackling serious youth violence, and improving health and educational outcomes for vulnerable young people.
