What you will do:

• Caseload Leadership: Oversee up to 15-18 families, handling complex and high-risk cases with skill and care.
• Assessment & Planning: Conduct detailed family assessments, develop comprehensive parenting, risk, and sibling assessments, and draft effective care plans.
• Chairing & Representation: Lead Core Group, Case Review, strategy, and public/private law meetings, preparing and presenting court reports with confidence.
• Supervision & Development: Mentor and support less experienced social workers and keyworkers, facilitating their professional development.
• Multi-agency & Community Work: Collaborate across various agencies and community groups to build robust support systems for families.
