What you will do:
- Provide professional leadership and manage theatres, endoscopy, and recovery services, ensuring top-notch patient care.
- Oversee equipment management, processes, and the training and competency of staff.
- Develop systems to ensure efficient patient journeys and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
- Ensure effective communication between staff, management, and other stakeholders to enhance service provision.
- Manage the budget, ensuring the best value for money and working closely with procurement for equipment and consumables.
- Lead recruitment, retention, and professional development strategies to maintain an exceptional team.
- Act as the Medical Devices Safety Officer, ensuring all standards related to medical devices are met and driving improvements.
