Social Work Team Manager within Children and Families Team in Gloucestershire UK earning £47 per hour Hourly. What you will do:
- Lead and oversee a team of Social Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality statutory services.
- Implement strategies that improve services for children, young people, and families.
- Supervise and quality-assure social work practices, ensuring adherence to legal and policy guidelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to encourage collaboration and information sharing.
- Engage with court processes, including Child Protection (CP), Child in Need (Cin), and Children in Care (CIC), as needed.
- Foster a supportive and effective team environment, especially during the initial stages of employment by maintaining a strong office presence.
