Band 7 Neuro Occupational Therapist Locum Job in Birmingham, earning £26 hourly. Ongoing: ASAP for up to 12 weeks, working 08:30-16:30, for a total of 22.5 hours per week. What you will do:
- Deliver a high-quality specialist occupational therapy service to patients by adhering to evidence-based practices.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines, ensuring quality governance of occupational therapy practices within the service.
- Supervise and support the assessments and therapy management programmes administered by junior therapists and specialist rehabilitation assistants.
- Play an essential role within the Interdisciplinary Team, contributing both in clinical and developmental capacities.
- Utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development, as well as for research, to continually improve service delivery.
- Assist the Service Manager in reviewing and implementing service enhancements.
In this role, it is required you are HCPC registered, ensuring quality professional practice that meets regulatory standards.
