Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist neurological physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a wide range of adult patients.

• Manage a diverse caseload including complex neurorehabilitation and respiratory needs in a community setting.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised, patient-centred treatment plans.

• Offer education and guidance to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to support rehabilitation goals.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.

• Proven experience in neurorehabilitation and community physiotherapy.

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle to facilitate home and community visits.
