What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments within the Child Assessment Team, providing detailed and accurate reports to inform next steps and interventions.
  • Work closely with partner agencies, families, and children to plan and implement strategies for safeguarding and delivering positive outcomes.
  • Attend meetings and court hearings when necessary, representing the council with professionalism and expertise.
  • Engage with clients on a weekly basis through visits, building trust and offering consistent and reliable support.
  • Prioritise your weekly tasks effectively, making sure all assessments and necessary documentation are completed within specified time frames.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing your insights to collective problem solving and decision making.
