What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough assessments and plan targeted interventions to safeguard children and young people.

• Develop and implement outcome-focused care plans in collaboration with partner agencies.

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and carers to influence lasting change.

• Attend case conferences and present court reports clearly and professionally.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and consistent support.

• Maintain accurate case records in line with statutory requirements and best practices.

What You’ll Need:

• Social Work England registration

• A recognised Social Work qualification

• Experience in assessment, safeguarding, and permanence work

• Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills
