MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO CLIENT LOCATION

Our client is seeking PRODUCTION LINE LEADER to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. You will have previous production or warehouse supervision experience. Must be a strong communicator and able to speak to people at all levels. You will be responsible for ensuring the production line is running safely, efficiently and achieving the targets required. Typical tasks below:

• Lead by example by supporting any area of production as required using knowledge and skills of operating processes, equipment and quality systems
• Support team members to improve job knowledge, pass on information between shifts and departments and raise performance issues with team members to the Supervisor
• Taking samples and using equipment and/or systems to monitor and record results, on relevant systems for audits
• Monitor, adjust settings, and plan production equipment availability to maintain normal running conditions.
• Accountable for KPI delivery, qualitY, performance and service levels

Mon to Fri £13.64ph (Set hours)

Mon to Sat Overtime (Client offer) £20.46ph

Sun Overtime (Client offer) £27.28ph

Early Shift

• Jan to June 06.45am to 15.45pm (42.5hrs)
• July to Dec 06.15am to 15.45pm (45hrs)

Candidates must hold:

• CV showing previous Production / Warehouse experience
• Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
