What you will do:

- Conduct advanced assessments mainly with frail patients to develop effective rehabilitation plans focusing on balance, strengthening, mobility progression, and discharge planning.
- Support Band 5 Physiotherapists by delegating appropriate cases to therapy technicians, ensuring efficient patient care.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team (MDT) working, contributing your expertise to collaborative patient-focused care.
- Utilise your experience in frailty and rehabilitation to provide high-quality treatment and support.
- Flexibility in adapting to diverse patient needs and work conditions, while delivering top-notch healthcare services.
