Band 6 CPN Locum Position within Adults CMHT in Ormskirk, earning £26 per hour. This is a rewarding ongoing opportunity for qualified candidates to join a dynamic Community Mental Health Team. What you will do:
- Manage a caseload of service users with a range of mental health problems, providing creative and effective care.
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and review care needs and pathways for individuals with complex mental health issues.
- Conduct both base-level and community-based work, requiring travel, so being a car driver is essential.
- Perform risk assessments and management, using your expertise to ensure both service users' and your safety.
- Explore and address issues related to the impact of health and social needs on mental health and well-being.
Candidates must possess experience working clinically with individuals facing various mental health challenges and have sound knowledge of effective assessment and risk management strategies.
