Commercial Gas Engineer in Liverpool, North West

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established building services and facilities management company in their search for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work in Liverpool

Job Role: This is a mobile Commercial Gas Engineer role covering the North West, carrying out heating and combustion reactive repair works. You will complete scheduled PPMs, diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, and undertake minor plumbing and electrical work. The role involves servicing commercial and industrial boilers, burners, air handling units, direct and indirect fired appliances, and more. Participation in the on-call rota and maintaining stock control systems is also required.

Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with variable start times
• Duration: Permanent

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Fault finding and breakdown repair of commercial heating plant
• Service and maintenance of heating plant
• Service and maintenance of plumbing systems
• PPM and reactive maintenance

Desired Skills & Experience:

• HVAC service & maintenance
• Electrical service & maintenance
• Building fabric maintenance

Essential Qualifications:

• ACS Commercial Gas tickets
• ACS Domestic Gas tickets
• Full Driving Licence

Desired Qualifications:

• ACS Commercial Catering tickets
• Oftec Oil tickets
• F-Gas Category 1
• Electrical Engineering tickets
