A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking enthusiastic and driven graduates to join their team as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students, develop your skills, and gain first-hand experience of life in a busy secondary school.

What’s on offer?

• Full-time, long-term role starting September 2025

• Earn up to £520 per week

• Ideal stepping stone into teacher training (starting 2026)

Role Overview:

• Provide in-class support to teachers through whole-class, small group, and one-to-one activities

• Assist students in building confidence and understanding across a range of subjects

• Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment

• Work closely with teaching and support staff to meet student needs

• Develop practical skills and insight into secondary education

Who we’re looking for:

• Graduates with a 2:1 or above in any subject (Maths, English, Science, MFL, and Humanities are especially encouraged to apply)

• Individuals who are enthusiastic, patient, and committed to education

• Strong communicators who enjoy working with young people

• Previous experience with children or in education is desirable, but not essential

• Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
