A supportive and inclusive secondary school in Dudley is looking for motivated graduates to join as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025. This long-term role offers valuable experience supporting students and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

About the role:

• Support teachers by assisting with whole-class, small group, and 1:1 activities

• Help students develop key skills across various subjects

• Assist with classroom management and contribute to the smooth running of lessons

• Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

• Work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to develop your skills

• Gain valuable insight into the teaching profession and secondary school life

What we’re looking for:

• Graduates with a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline

• Degrees in Maths, English, Science, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), and Humanities are preferred but all disciplines are welcome

• A genuine passion for supporting secondary-aged students and their learning

• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to education

• Adaptable, patient, and motivated individuals

• Previous experience with children or young people is a plus but not essential

• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
