A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dudley is looking for motivated graduates to join as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025. This long-term role offers valuable experience supporting young learners, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Degrees in Psychology, Education Studies, Health and Social Care, and related fields are especially useful for this role, though graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.

About the role:

• Support teachers by assisting with whole-class, small group, and 1:1 activities

• Work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to develop your skills

• Gain insight into the teaching profession and school life

What we’re looking for:

• Graduates with a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline

• Degrees in Psychology, Education Studies, Health and Social Care, or related subjects are particularly welcomed

• A genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children and their learning

• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to education

• Adaptable, patient, and motivated individuals

• Previous experience with children is a plus but not essential

• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
